The Problem
A local locksmith needed competitive online presence in a saturated local SEO niche. WordPress would be overkill: 47 plugins, heavy hosting, endless maintenance. The opportunity: test whether Claude Code can ship a full custom site — front + back — in hours instead of weeks.

The Approach
Pure vanilla stack: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP. No heavy frameworks, no CMS, no builders. Business logic written from scratch. Claude Code as the main development tool: architecture reading, code generation, iterative refactoring, and validation against technical constraints.
