The Problem
Plantarte is a physical CBD retail store. The niche is heavily restricted on Google Ads, so organic SEO isn't optional — it's the main acquisition channel. The challenge: how to dominate local SEO in a competitive niche when you can't pay your way to the top.

The Approach
Built the site in WordPress on top of the Salient theme with deep design system customization. The SEO strategy focused on geo-targeted landing pages by product and neighborhood (CBD flowers, vapers, oils), full LocalBusiness schema, content aligned with EU CBD regulations, and a clean architecture for Core Web Vitals.
